What could rationale the sharp spasm that I enjoy on the tip of my nipple?

I have a sharp torment in my gone nipple when removing my bra or putting on my pajamas. Last night it woke me up when I be lying on that part of my body. I cannot touch the nouns when the pain occur and lasts for roughly 1-2 minutes. I should probably see a doctor but would like some info from anyone who have experienced any of these symptoms.What could rationale the sharp spasm that I enjoy on the tip of my nipple?
