What do some men's penises point up while the others point down when erecting?
There is a ligament attached to the penis that determines that. If the ligament is tight, the penis will point up when erect. If it is loose, the penis will not point straight up.
I believe this question belongs beneath Men's Health.
It is all to do beside blood pressure in that organ.
The better the flow and pressure the greater the erection.
