When I be taking Metformin I lost about 16lbs, and it help to regulate my periods. (I have very long cycles) When I started taking it they started me at 500mg per morning and gradually increased it by a 5oomg/day after one week and after again after two weeks so that I was taken 1500mg per daytime. They cautioned me that some those experience abdominal cramping and some people bring back diarrhea with it until in attendance bodies adjust. I didn't have any problems beside that though.
Well the down side is low blood sugars and having hyper stimulation at times but it does oblige with the backache during sex.
